Copyright & Terms
The Gooner Games is a platform for free games. For Chasing Memories, the download links simply point to the developer's own public files, wherever they are: itch.io pages, free Patreon builds, the developer's official site, and other public sources. We do not host, repackage or modify any download.
Are you the developer and want this page removed or fixed? Two easy options: use our DMCA page, or just email contact [at] thegoonergames.com with proof you are the dev and tell us what to change. No paperwork needed, we will edit or remove it, no questions asked.
For visitors: every download link goes straight to the original file on its original host. We add nothing, change nothing, and inject nothing along the way.
Developer Notes
It's a Monster Girl RPG! I'm sure you can tell what to expect from the subtitle alone, no?
And yes, the artwork is done by AI. I do sketch to get precisely what I want and edit the shit out of these, though - redrawing eyes, faces, expressions, articles of clothing etc. So it's AI Slop, but nicely seasoned I guess. So you may want to take a bite.
You play the protagonist who lost his memory and is supposedly on a journey to recover it, though the dev allows that you can also just freeload and flirt with the local monster girls if recovering it sounds like too much work. The combat is turn-based and explicitly Pokémon-inspired: every enemy has its own element with weaknesses and resistances (slimes won't take much from your fire moves, for instance).
Chasing Memories by Megaknur is a furry VN + RPG hybrid with a 9-girl roster so far, animated h-scenes, and a playable browser demo covering the intro. The art uses AI-generated assets, which the dev calls out upfront.
