Developer Notes

The game is currently under development and will be released in chapters. I'm working daily on this passion project and you can expect frequent updates about its development state.

As of right now, the game contains two Chapters and around 4 hours of gameplay.

The game is FREE and will always be. Though patrons and supporters will get access to new chapters earlier, walkthroughs, guides, and exclusive content... The main content and story will be the same for everyone.

You arrive in Kenton to start your academic career and quickly sense something is off. The town orbits around Battles of Mythria, a wildly popular and intensely controversial card game, and you get pulled into its world before you even unpack. Each character in your path is sitting on their own secret; figuring out the bigger conspiracy behind the game is the through-line.

Echoes of Mythria by Zestystory is a VN + strategy card game in one. The novel layer covers 9 datable characters, 12 locations and 7 opponents spread across romance, intrigue and deception. The card layer ships with 17 units, 8 champions and 13 items to build decks around. Currently two chapters and roughly four hours of content, with over 1,750 images and steady solo-dev updates. The game is free and always will be; supporters get new chapters 5 to 10 days before everyone else.
