Femboy Tooters is a restaurant management game with a self-described 'fabulous flair' twist. You serve customers, prep meals, keep orders moving, and unlock new recipes and drinks as the diner grows; the dev also promises 'spicy' surprises that the menu doesn't strictly advertise.
Built by Koi, solo dev behind Abyss Koi Studios, the loop centres on keeping every guest happy enough to come back. The dev frames it as a charm-and-confidence sim wrapped around a fast-paced service game, currently in early access at v0.1.00.
