The Gooner Games is a platform for free games. For Girl Life, the download links simply point to the developer's own public files, wherever they are: itch.io pages, free Patreon builds, the developer's official site, and other public sources. We do not host, repackage or modify any download.
Are you the developer and want this page removed or fixed? Two easy options: use our DMCA page, or just email contact [at] thegoonergames.com with proof you are the dev and tell us what to change. No paperwork needed, we will edit or remove it, no questions asked.
For visitors: every download link goes straight to the original file on its original host. We add nothing, change nothing, and inject nothing along the way.
QSP players (you need one of these to run the game)
Girl Life uses the QSP engine. You need a QSP player that supports MP4 playback. Pick whichever one matches your OS:
- QSP 1.9 - Windows 64-bit: MEGA
- QSP 1.9 - Windows 32-bit: MEGA
- QSP 1.9 - macOS: MEGA
- Questopia (cross-platform alternative, includes Android): GitHub releases
If you have trouble playing the .mp4 files, the dev recommends infinte's player 0.4.2 (Windows only) which has better MP4 handling, but tooltips are unavailable on that one.
Tip: in QSP, press Ctrl+5 to enable repositioning the panels. If the player launches in Russian, Alt+L switches it to English.
Image and sound packs (mandatory)
The game ships without its images and sound because the packs are huge (well over 1 GB total). You download them separately:
- All image packs and the sound pack: Mega.nz folder
Which packs to grab: - New install - you need the 0.9.8 main pack and any 0.9.8.x update packs that came after it. - Updating from 0.9.7 - grab the 0.9.7 to 0.9.8 update pack, then any later 0.9.8.x update packs.
Important: Mega caps free downloads. The team recommends using the MEGA desktop app or MEGAsync plus Chrome to download the full set without hitting the quota.

How to install (Windows step-by-step)
- Install your chosen QSP player from the menu above.
- Download the game .qsp file from the Downloads section at the top of this page (the MEGA link, currently the v0.9.8.3 bugfix build).
- Download the image and sound packs from the Mega.nz folder linked in the previous menu.
- Extract every downloaded .7z archive with a tool like 7-zip (free).
- Make a new folder anywhere on your machine. Move the images folder and sound folder from the extracted archives into it, then drop the glife.qsp file in the same folder. The folder should now contain exactly: an
imagesfolder, asoundfolder, and aglife.qspfile. Reference picture. - Start the game by opening glife.qsp with the QSP player (right-click the .qsp file, Open With, pick qspgui.exe from your QSP player folder).
Sound bug fix: QSP has a quirk where it thinks the default is No sound even when it's not. To fix the volume, go Settings -> Sound Volume, pick any value other than No sound first, then pick No sound again if that's what you wanted.

Android setup
The recommended Android route is Questopia by l3ger0j:

Older routes the dev keeps around for users on legacy Android:
- Android 4.4.4 or older: use Quest Player 1.0.2 or 1.3.
- Android 5.x / 6.x: use the modified 1.3 by BOOM.vrn build.
- Android 4.4.4 and up: try 1.4+ by MrBoboFace (English version, still in development at time of writing).
File layout on Android (Quest Player expects this exact path):

Limitations: in-game saves do not work on the legacy Android players, you have to save through the system menu. The mod subsystem also does not work on Android.
iOS / iPhone
If you want to play QSP on iPhone, the dev points to AeroQSP (the link runs the Russian source page through Google Translate).
Dev version (cutting edge, may crash)
If you want the latest in-development builds rather than the stable release, the team posts dev builds on TFGS:

A massive free QSP-based life sim and role-play sandbox with a TG starting option plus optional bimbo and succubus transformations, built by a long-running community of TFGS-users on top of the original Russian game ETO by DeGross, EfimovRA and etogame. The game is text-based but illustrated with real porn photos and MP4 clips, and the dev team promises more events than anyone will ever fully uncover.
The pitch is open: you play a young woman trying to make it through university, and the choices are yours. Be the virgin bookworm just trying to earn her degree, or slut it up and end up a washed-up whore. Romance, corruption, kink, magic, transformations - the playthrough goes where you take it. The cast is large, the systems are deep, and the kink palette is extremely wide: dating sim, sandbox, school setting, corruption, prostitution, exhibitionism, mind control, BDSM, blackmail, milf, incest, group sex, transformation, pregnancy, slave routes, with a female protagonist throughout.
v0.9.8.3 is the current free public build. Development continues openly on the team's TFGS GitLab with regular updates, and a Discord and a community wiki are the two places the team points you to for help. Because Girl Life uses the QSP engine, the setup is heavier than a regular Ren'Py game: you also need a QSP player, the image pack, and the sound pack. The menus below cover every step the dev team recommends.
