The Gooner Games is a platform for free games. For Goblin Layer, the download links simply point to the developer's own public files, wherever they are: itch.io pages, free Patreon builds, the developer's official site, and other public sources. We do not host, repackage or modify any download.
Are you the developer and want this page removed or fixed? Two easy options: use our DMCA page, or just email contact [at] thegoonergames.com with proof you are the dev and tell us what to change. No paperwork needed, we will edit or remove it, no questions asked.
For visitors: every download link goes straight to the original file on its original host. We add nothing, change nothing, and inject nothing along the way.
Android setup (no official build)
There is no official Android build yet. Two emulator routes work with the Windows version:
- JoiPlay - free Android app that runs RPGMaker games. Install JoiPlay, then import the Windows archive.
- Maldives Player - alternative emulator on Google Play, same idea.
Download the Windows build from itch.io, then point your chosen emulator at the extracted folder.
Mac and Linux notes
The dev is upfront that Mac / Linux compatibility is hit or miss depending on your OS version.
- Mac: there is no native Mac build right now. The dev recommends this RPGMaker forum guide for running the Windows version on Mac (there is also an easier workaround in the same thread).
- Linux: an official build is provided on itch but might not work on every distro. A community-made compatibility wrapper lives on GitHub as a backup.
Save tips between versions
You can usually copy-paste your save folder from the old version into the new version folder. Sometimes saves break between updates or trigger small bugs, the dev tries to keep saves compatible but cannot always guarantee it.
Best place to save before copying over a save is the empty shack in Hubtown.
A parody RPGMaker adventure with a large cast, NSFW humour and animated scenes throughout. You play a 'professional' adventurer with a very unique method for clearing goblin nests, the kind of method that has buried him under an enormous pile of child-support debt and a goblin addiction that makes anything resembling a healthy human relationship difficult. After rescuing a Priestess in distress, you arrive in a rough Frontier Town where every man has mysteriously gone missing, and things escalate quickly from there.
Parodos builds the whole thing in stylised 3D with animated spicy scenes, a not-so-serious story, characters in all shapes and colours (green in particular), plenty of headpats and lewd handholding. The dev keeps the grind optional: a cheat skill insta-wins combat if you want it, a chapter select jumps you straight to specific story beats, and a built-in quest guide keeps you oriented. Some newer scenes are rendered in Blender for setups RPGMaker alone could not pull off.
Kink palette is wide: harem, monster girl, female and male domination, ahegao, anal, oral, footjob, titfuck, creampies, pregnancy, lactation, lesbian, parody, fantasy, with a male protagonist throughout. The game ships in active development, 1 to 3 updates a month on the dev's evenings and weekends; v1.0 is the current free public build on itch.io. Patreon backers get the latest version, the cheat / replay room, and other perks.
