You play Chris, a college-burnt-out otter who took time off, pointed his blue sedan North, and crashed somewhere in the Yukon mountains during a violent snowstorm. He's pulled out of the wreck and nursed back to health by Tonraq, an imposing, emotionally closed-off polar bear, in the small village of Iskut. The rest of the game is about cracking Tonraq's frigid exterior while figuring out why the snowstorms threatening Iskut aren't entirely natural.
Hearthfire by Rolibar (sprites by Arcwuff, CGs by Wildside, code by Noel) is a linear furry gay romance VN in Ren'Py with a wintry Yukon atmosphere and a focused, slow-burn approach. v1.0 is the complete release.
