Save at the camp screen whenever you can. The dev confirms saves made there are the least likely to throw errors when moving between game versions.

Kingdom of Deception by Hreinn Games is a long-running RPGM fantasy RPG built around a kingdom that already fell : the protagonist's job is to navigate the new political order without letting her own corruption arc eat her alive. The script keeps the routes upfront.
