Lady Thunder by ThunderBolt is a Unity JOI game (jerk-off instructions) built around full session customisation. Lady Thunder tells you how fast to stroke, which technique to use (two fingers, both hands, etc.), how tight to grip, and what pose to take (sitting, standing, kneeling). Almost every variable can be tweaked or turned off.
