Importing old saves
Saves between major versions sometimes need a manual move. If you hit issues, VoidPilgrim's Discord (linked in the meta above) is the active troubleshooting channel.
A sci-fi visual novel with strong B-movie cult-classic DNA: Fifth Element, Farscape, Space Truckers, Red Dwarf, Battletech, Syd Mead's paintings. VoidPilgrim is aiming for that dirty, lived-in, seedy spaceport atmosphere, environments that look functional rather than glossy but engaging enough that you would want to live there. Most of Part 1 is set in The Periphery, the title space.
The game's adult content is exclusively futadom and futa-on-femboy. If that is not your thing, this is the wrong game; if it is, the writing leans into it without hedging. Other heavy kinks (sissification, prostitution, BDSM) are gated to specific characters and specific locations, so if you stay clear of those spaces you avoid the content tied to them.
Structurally it sits between a kinetic novel and a sandbox: multiple storylines exist with their own choice branches, and you visit the locations that host them at your own pace. A lightweight perk system (practical experience plus sexual experience) unlocks new scenes and outcomes as you play. Male protagonist by default.
