The Gooner Games is a platform for free games. For The Headmaster, the download links simply point to the developer's own public files, wherever they are: itch.io pages, free Patreon builds, the developer's official site, and other public sources. We do not host, repackage or modify any download.

Save transfer between versions
Windows and Mac: saves from the previous version transfer automatically when you open the latest build, no action needed.

Android setup (use JoiPlay)
From v0.13.2 onwards the dev no longer ships native Android builds. To play on Android you need JoiPlay plus the Ren'Py plugin, then point it at the Windows or Linux PC build. The dev has put together a step-by-step PDF that covers the whole setup: JoiPlay How-to (PDF).
A dark-comedy adult visual novel that mixes a nonlinear narrative with stats management and a unique punishment system. The setting: a not-too-distant future on a small island nation in the middle of an education crisis. Graduation rates have collapsed, universities are empty, and the government has been forced to introduce emergency measures. Every 18+ student who failed or was expelled gets sent back, forcibly, to a network of new specialised facilities.
You play an expert in psychology with controversial ideas about how to fix the crisis. After your theories impress the wrong people at a conference, you are recruited by a mysterious organisation to become headmaster of one of these new schools. Your mission: turn a school full of delinquent young women into obedient, hardworking students. The game keeps you busy on three fronts at once: managing your colleagues, satisfying the school's owners, and dodging the government inspector who suspects you.
Altos and Herdone's scope is unusually big for a free build: 16,000+ images, 1,000+ videos, 35+ hours of gameplay at the current version. Tags lean hard into training: corruption, BDSM, harem, male domination, blackmail, twins, exhibitionism, group sex, masochism, virgin and voyeurism, with a male protagonist and 3DCG animated scenes. All characters are written and depicted as 18+. v0.13.2 is the current free public build on itch.io; Patreon backers get newer chapters.
