An adult fantasy RPG built in RPG Maker with serious strategy and management layers and a deliberate subversion of the usual adult-game tropes. The setting: a world torn between forces of lust and purity, locked in an ancient conflict that has consumed countless heroes. You arrive into it as the saga's latest protagonist, and the game wastes no time telling you it intends to play with your expectations.
Sierra Lee builds The Last Sovereign as a long-running, lore-heavy project (years of updates, dedicated wiki, established cast). The core conceit, in the dev's own words: acting like most heroes gets you killed, most evil overlords' plans make no sense, and the path that actually changes the world looks nothing like what the genre teaches you to expect. The writing handles morality, politics and rebuilding with more weight than the cover suggests.
The project covers a huge content spread: management, turn-based combat, RPG progression, harem assembly, and a deep tag set including monster girl, futa/trans, mind control, taboo, milf, prostitution, slavery, female and male domination, fantasy and strategy. v1.1.3 is the current free public build, released on the developer's blog. A paid version is also available on Steam.
