A text-based daily-life Twine RPG set in a world where over-the-counter gender-swapping pills are mundane. Take a pill in the morning and your body shifts for 24 hours or more, then shifts back. The game runs on the ordinary life that emerges around that fact: work, relationships, errands, identity, all rewritten by what your body happens to be that day.
Aphrodite ships X-Change Life as fully open source on gitgud.io, with an active community wiki documenting scenes and mechanics, a mods catalogue on LoversLab, and a Discord for player and modder support. The dev's framing is generous: tools to make your own mods, complete reference docs, and a free playable browser version hosted directly on the developer's site.
Tags lean transformation, futa/trans, sissification, simulator, text-based, prostitution, pregnancy, NTR, group sex, taboo, with both male and female protagonist branches depending on the pill. AI CG art is flagged by the dev. v0.23.6 is the current free public build, playable directly at x-change.life or downloadable from tfgames.site. SubscribeStar backers fund continued development.
