College Traits by RodProjects is a Ren'Py 3DCG college-life VN built around a trait-tracking system: the protagonist's choices push a small set of personality stats that gate routes and scenes. v0.6.3 is the current build.
Gameplay: branching choice-driven VN with a stat system underneath. Every meaningful decision nudges traits like Confidence, Lust or Empathy, and those stats decide which routes open up. The cast is built around a campus social circle, with corruption and dating arcs running in parallel.
Dev note: RodProjects ships frequent public builds, focused on writing density and scene art rather than tech features. Save compatibility across versions is usually preserved; check the release post on the F95 thread when in doubt.
FAQ: - How long is the current build? v0.6.3 covers the core campus introduction plus the first major route arcs. A full playthrough of one route is several hours. - Are old saves compatible? Usually yes, but the dev flags major save-breaking changes in each release. When in doubt, start fresh. - What engine? Ren'Py - same Win, Mac, Linux and Android builds from one project. - Is the public build the latest version? Yes, this site indexes the dev's public free release. Patreon supporters get a build or two ahead but the gap closes on each cycle.
