Hard Times in Hornstown

Hornstown is a sandbox time-management sim built around the player's day-to-day choices, not pre-baked routes. Compared to similar games the scene descriptions are shorter, but they shift significantly depending on your character's stats, looks and history, so two runs almost never read the same.

Modular kink content - pairings and fetishes can be unlocked independently. Run as a headstrong dominant transwoman with serious equipment, a freakishly muscular but submissive housemaid, or any combination the system supports.

Scale - the project carries 700k+ characters of text (around 140k words), 70+ 3D rendered scenes and a dynamic player avatar that updates as your body changes.

Player customisation - hairstyles, beard styles, makeup options and a deep wardrobe.

Endings - five distinct routes plus a separate canonical ending, each gated by stats and decisions across the playthrough.

Side content - masturbation systems, prostitution mechanics with pick-up clients of either gender, a layered time/money management loop with jobs, purchasable items and daily upkeep.

Notes - most featured fetishes have both a voluntary and an involuntary route. MM scenes are actual gay content, not transformation-to-woman routes. The harder transformations live inside the optional Bad Ends.

Cadence - the dev ships large content updates on a monthly cycle; the alpha currently covers roughly a fifth to a third of the planned final scope.
