Himedeka G by Nukochigura / iceman_HT is a Japanese fantasy game built around a giantess lead whose scale relationship with the protagonist is the central mechanic, not a side prop. Foot-focused scenes drive a big share of the encounter set.
Giantess focus as the engine, foot fetish scenes, fantasy framing, 2DCG anime styling. Final-build Windows release.
