You start with literally nothing, no clothes, no memory of how you got there, in a post-apocalyptic semi-modern world that doesn't care if you survive. The early game is about scraping together enough to stand on your own; the rest is open-world sandbox, with a main storyline you can follow at your own pace or completely ignore in favor of just screwing around the map.
Lust Doll Plus by indivi is a furry RPG with one of the deepest character-customisation systems in the genre: body type (furry or human), height, cock type, kemonomimi ears, wings, even mouth interior colour. The clothing system extends to equippable genital toys (dildos, plugs, the works), and the kink filters let you toggle out anything you don't want to see, so any playthrough basically configures itself.
