You were sleeping in your bed when the light came and dragged you somewhere else. That 'somewhere else' is a world of bizarre alien creatures and a flustered experimenting witch who pulled you here by accident and now has no idea how to send you back. While she works on the portal home, the rest of the game is whatever you make of it.
Teraurge by Meandraco is a long-running furry monster-girl RPG built in Flash, with character creation, turn-based combat, and a wide bestiary to mess around with (or escape from). The world has enough lore and content that the community-maintained wiki is worth keeping open in a tab.
