You're a young guy who'd rather be chasing nightlife in the city, but your father has decided university is non-negotiable. You end up dropped into a sleepy small town where a brand-new university barely makes a dent. Apartments are scarce until you meet Rally, a guy your age who offers to split his room with you for cash.
We Need Money is a Ren'Py adult VN built around the friendships, rivalries and quietly-not-quiet drama of that small-town setup. Things start as a simple roommate arrangement and don't stay that way for long; the dev keeps the routes open across multiple character pairings.
