How to use old saves
Important : loading saves after an update
Always load a savegame made while you were inside your Office, never during an active event. Loading mid-event after an update is the most common cause of broken progression.
After loading, before doing anything else:
- Use the Office Book to reset the main character's skills.
- Use the Office Book to reset the courtesans' skills.
Missing either reset will break stats and event triggers if the save predates v0.9.x.
Technical issues?
Most common problems and their fixes:
- The game does not save or refuses to start : run the executable with administrator permissions, and make sure the game folder is not marked as Hidden in Windows.
- Black screen on launch : update your PC's WebP codec and confirm your GPU driver supports OpenGL 4.1.
- macOS playback issues : move the .app bundle into the standard /Applications folder before launching.
Wicked Rouge by FIROKETA Games is an RPGM brothel-management VN. After his father is killed by a well-known criminal in the city of Hana, the protagonist inherits The Red Petal : the family pleasure house : and has to rebuild it while plotting revenge against the man who took everything.
