In Transition by Lovesky is a Ren'Py VN that opens on a household in flux: the protagonist's identity slips one chapter at a time, and the cast around him very much encourages it. The script leans into a slow sissification arc rather than racing it.
Female-domination, sissification as the central engine, transformation, humiliation routes, 3DCG scenes. Project status: Abandoned at v0.4.1; the build below is the dev's last public release via TFgames.
