Nekojishi is a Taiwanese visual novel about Lin Tian-Liao, a college student in Taipei trying to escape the weight of his religious family back home. His ordinary student routine is going fine until one day his third eye opens and he can suddenly see every spirit and god the city has been hiding.
Three feline beast-men insert themselves into his life and refuse to leave, each wanting a say in where his future goes. The dev frames it as a story about deciding your future under the pressures of folklore, religion and family expectation, plus, as they put it themselves, there are cute cat dudes.
