The Gooner Games is a platform for free games. For Price for Freedom: Avarice, the download links simply point to the developer's own public files, wherever they are: itch.io pages, free Patreon builds, the developer's official site, and other public sources. We do not host, repackage or modify any download.
Are you the developer and want this page removed or fixed? Two easy options: use our DMCA page, or just email contact [at] thegoonergames.com with proof you are the dev and tell us what to change. No paperwork needed, we will edit or remove it, no questions asked.
For visitors: every download link goes straight to the original file on its original host. We add nothing, change nothing, and inject nothing along the way.

You play Redic, a man trying to leave his past behind and start over in the free trade city of Kaldea, the central hub of the cRPG. Starting over turns out to be a non-option: the region is days away from open war, and Redic gets pulled into political intrigue, gang violence and cult activity before he can even unpack, with powerful figures watching every move he makes.
Price for Freedom: Avarice by TeamDeadDeer is a long-form furry cRPG set 87 years before the studio's own webcomic, with turn-based combat, party companions whose relationships carry their own arcs, and over 650 000 words of writing across the current build. The art is 100% hand-drawn, more than ten hours of content is free to play right now, and the full game has been growing toward 25+ hours of campaign as TeamDeadDeer keep adding to it.
