Copyright & Terms
The Gooner Games is a platform for free games. For Ripples, the download links simply point to the developer's own public files, wherever they are: itch.io pages, free Patreon builds, the developer's official site, and other public sources. We do not host, repackage or modify any download.
Are you the developer and want this page removed or fixed? Two easy options: use our DMCA page, or just email contact [at] thegoonergames.com with proof you are the dev and tell us what to change. No paperwork needed, we will edit or remove it, no questions asked.
For visitors: every download link goes straight to the original file on its original host. We add nothing, change nothing, and inject nothing along the way.
Android setup
Follow the installation instructions included inside the ZIP. Make sure you have at least 13 GB of free storage on your device, and that you've enabled installation from unknown sources in your Android settings.
If you've never played the remaster (v0.4.6 onwards), you'll need to uninstall any older Ripples build first, clear its data and cache, then do a fresh install. Save files from before v0.4.6 are no longer compatible.
A sci-fi visual novel built around mystery rather than wish fulfilment. You play Jack, who reunites with his old friend Darci and heads to school like any other day. This one starts dropping new information about his late father's death that doesn't match the story he grew up with. The plot loops between school-life beats and an unfolding investigation.
Jestur ships Ripples massive: 10,000+ images, 900+ animations, plus hidden renders, a replay gallery, and an extras gallery for commissions and special scenes. The art is 3D rendered, the writing is story-focused rather than scene-of-the-week, and the soundtrack carries a sci-fi ambience throughout.
Released free in chapters; Episode 9 is the current public build, available here. Patreon backers get early access, exclusive 4K renders monthly, polls, and Discord perks. Older episodes roll public over time as the dev pushes forward.
