Gameplay and Themes:
The First Beings centers on player choice, moral exploration, and complex family dynamics. As Irail Mutalvatu, you must navigate the fractured bonds of your immortal lineage. Feared by your children, your equal, and your creations, you are faced with a choice: continue being the monstrous figure, Iraá¹á¹il MutalÄvatu, the destroyer who shaped their fear - or attempt something new. Can an ancient terror truly redefine itself, or are you doomed to repeat the cycle that made you a legend?
Branching Narrative: Your decisions reshape the world, influence your estranged family/progeny, and ultimately determine your legend. Fear/Love System: A layered emotional framework that reflects not just what you do, but who you choose to become in the eyes of those around you.
Lore Discovery: Discover the history of The Hidden - your secret lineage, uncover the beliefs of those shaped by your legacy, and revisit the bonds you once severed.
Brutality or Restraint: Struggle against the instincts that once defined you, or surrender to them completely. Every encounter is a test - will you rein in the monster and seek connection, or embrace the beast they believe you to be?
The First Beings contains graphic violence, nudity, and depictions of sexual acts.

You play Iraṇṭil Mutalāvatu, an immortal once feared across continents, now living in quiet exile. You shaped your legend with blood, raised two children with your equal, and oversaw The Hidden, the Progeny destined to echo your myth. Time shattered you. You abandoned them all. Your name is barely spoken now, except as a whispered warning.
The First Beings by Slavien Games is a choice-driven adult VN centred on player agency, moral exploration and complex family dynamics. Navigate the fractured bonds of your immortal lineage and decide whether you stay the monster they remember or carve something else from what is left. Mechanics include a branching narrative, a Fear / Love system that reflects who you become in the eyes of those around you, lore discovery of The Hidden and your secret lineage, and a Brutality or Restraint axis on every encounter. Currently a Prologue (v0.1.2), with graphic violence and adult sexual content in scope.
